Alright since we seem to be having issues on how to spend the money we will have a vote.

Everyone worked really hard yesterday to raise money for our events. I agree with splitting it, but Spleen and I asked before everyone left, who out of those that were there, how many people could go next week. We got about three hands. We don't think its fair that so many people should be left out of this because of the inability to show up. If we could plan the dinner as a seperate event or something, and not have it that Sunday, it would be more convenient for individuals that can't make it then.

At the next car wash I am giving the money to spleen and she can deal with this. It is her event after all. Like you said, half of the people are going to be there next week so splitting it evenly wouldn't be fair. It's not fair that some people work their buts off for two days while other came for one day (I'm not trying to point anyone out because I may only be able to go for one day). I think we should stick to the original plan and use it for ice skating. If people don't like that then they don't have to go. We have been talking about using the money for that and only the past two days has anything else popped up so anyone who came to the car wash knew that we were planing on using it for the rink.

That sounds like the best plan, because thats what was agreed upon first. But wasn't the whole point of having an alternate option, if we didn't make enough money? The Sep. 20th party is something a lot of people are looking forward to. If we don't get enough money for skating, we could just use the money to make the cosplay party amazing for everyone who shows up.

That would be nice too. But keep in mind that sept 20 is also a birthday party. So if we used the money for that then some of it would go to the birthday present, the rest could go to food or something, or the pizza we are thinking about ordering.

Yeah, thats what I was thinking. So, right now it depends on the turn out of next Sunday, how successful we are.

Is using it for September 20th an alternate if there isn't enough for skating? Or is that just what we're gunna do?

I think that is what we are going to do. Some people don't even want to go skating and I think everyone who was at the car wash is going to go to the picnic so it would benefit everyone that way.

Okay guys, Spleen here-we don't like account hopping so I'm using her account while I stay at her place. (Gee, I practically live here.)
Anyway I think it would be in most people's best interest if we used the money for September 20th picnic. As for how we split the money for what cause probably depends on how much we get. I'm thinking that if we get as much as we got yesterday half should be fine.

That is what I think too. As for the other person who voted September 20th and dinner (the first was me) it is basically the same thing only we will be eating on the 20th instead of the 23rd this month.
