pre-reg issue

my friend hasn't registered yet and she's having a bit of a problem. she want's to know if she registers online can she register the 15 since it'll get there quickly since it's on the internet? or should she pre reg online right now?

As stated in a different thread, yes, she can register on the day of the 15th all day.
