I am very happy to get such a positive report from you.
I doubt there was a time I saw you at the con when you weren't smiling, which was quite rewarding from a staff point of view (especially seeing you in a bunch of creative costumes).
There are a few comments I want to make about the report... some are things I'm sure you've heard before, and others are little things you might want to add to your report -- facts that probably won't affect your rating, like for instance the fact that the staircases were only intended as fire exits, which hotel staff didn't enforce until people started using them en masse.
