Cosplay Commissions
« on: May 11, 2008, 03:18:17 am »
Anyone know a good cosplay commission site? Like last year, I don't have time to make one myself.
I went through 20 pages of google and couldn't find anything.
I wont commission from anywhere that doesn't have a good gallery of cosplay's they have made in the past, and I usually just commission a character I know and whose outfit would work on me that they have made once before anyway so that way I know they won't mess it up. And I only have about $120 to spend.

Limebarb is full until September
I tried Amethyst Angel but I haven't gotten a response e-mail yet.
And I also tried lovezutto.com also without an e-mail response yet.
Can't do COSARU. http://lizzy.agentsofcosplay.com/ is full till August.

And I'm trying to stay way from cosplays where I would have to rush around to find a wig. I don't mind dying my hair for anything though.

Post in the marketplace on cosplay.com, in the commissions wanted section. I did that for part of my Isshin cosplay and had no problems. Just make sure to put everything you need, your budget, etc in the ad so people responding know.
