Soooo.....

What manga do you think should be turned into an Anime?

Godchild, Red River, Alice 19th and Sgt. Frog would all be good animes......can you guys think of any?

1. Ware-wa Ken-Oh!

Great character design, nice costuming (private HS uniforms,) a couple of good spoofy chara (the Tousaka Rin twins?!?!)
Looks like a decent story. Kind-of an interpolation between Bamboo Blade, Kaze no Stigma, and Fate/Stay Night. And whatzer-face has cool flame-things in her hair.

2. Hachiwan Daiba (81 Diver) A shogi-meido story. Is not a harem story, but it does have a spineless shonen in it - he's good at shogi, but a luzer on just about all other aspects of life. Needs to have an annoying sieyuu like Naruto, Watanuki (of xxxHolic,) or one of the secondary characters of Initial-D. Shogi-meido should be voiced by Clair or Theresa from' Claymore.' She is a about as devastating on the shogi board as the Claymores when they get rough with small-town real estate property values.

3. YOTSUBA-to! Oh, Please!

And please - Direct to subbed DVDs; don't waste your time casting for English dubs.

Hourou Musuko - Adorable series about a boy who wants to be a girl and a girl who wants to be a guy and the problems the two face.

Hot Gimmick - Great, crisp art and interesting love triangles. Lets see it animated already!

DOGS would be pretty kickass as well.

I think they should turn the yaoi manga "Love Mode" into an anime. I just love the story and character designs, I think it would be great!

And they need to finish "Under the Glass Moon," that would also be a cool anime. Or at the very least a very pretty anime.

But I'd like it to be handled better than Azumanga Daioh was. The anime was somewhat dissapointing for me.

I second Hana Kimi, though I know they made a live action version (Korean, I think). The Wallflower is an anime now, though. It's been licensed too.

I vote Legend of Chun Hyang. An OAV anyway, since there's only one volume of the manga. But it's CLAMP, so it deserves to be animated. (I'd also like to see a version of Magic Knight Rayearth where they didn't screw up the second series, but that's me.)

Wait, I take that back. They should translate it for the American audience first, THEN make it into an anime. Or I guess it doesn't matter if we watch fansubs...but then again I do like the Americanized voices of Wright and Edgeworth so dubs wouldn't be bad if they were done by the same people

Demon Diary would make a great anime, as would From Eroica With Love, but for the latter, they'd have to put out a new volume more than every few years.

Although the one I'd really want to see made into an anime is Iron Wok Jan. Can't you all see it on Adult Swim? (hey, it'd be a welcome change from all the AAAANGST they keep showing)

I was going to say Wish (the Clamp manga) then decided to look up and see if it had been done already or not. To my surprise, I found out that a music video featuring the characters from the manga exists, similar to how X was originally conceived before being made into a movie and then into the TV series.

Yeah, I thought that would make a good film, perhaps, because it is so short, kind of like Iria:Zeiram, a few episodes but packaged together like a film, maybe. I also thought it may be too much like Comic Party to get made, though. Hmm, who knows.

They're working on english dub of wallflower right now for adult swim this summer. Or so I read somewhere.

Ragnarok would be an awesome anime, I reckon (and I refer to the manga about Baldur and several dissembodied nordic gods and their varying quests after the event of Ragnarok). As far as I know, this has not been made yet, but I imagine it would be pretty stunning if it was.

I would love to see Shinshi Doumei Cross turned into an anime.

BUT ONLY IF IT WILL BE GOOD.

Since the anime version of Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne made me want to kill myself a thousand times, but I desperately hope things would get better since it's not a mahou shoujo manga.

But, someone seriously needs to redo Hana Yori Dango. That anime is just complete pain.

Ragnarok has been animated, I have watched about half of the series. It is pretty good especialy if you have played the game.
