Hello to all! Just thought I'd let you know that starting a few days ago in japan was a Absolute Boyfriend Television Drama on TV. ^^ I'm not sure how many episodes there will be, but I'm sure it will come out on DVD if anyone is interested. To learn more, go read here!

It's only a manga, and the manga is only 6 volumes, but it was really good. ^^ Hopefully it will come out on DVD once it's done running on TV.

You can watch the series (subbed) on mysoju. It's ongoing, currently on episode 4.

I've never read the series, perhaps I'll watch the drama...

OMG! that's awesome, th emanga is only 6 volumes:(...and has it even been made into an anime tv, life action already...i will have to try and watch it at home since i can't at work:(

I love this series.  This is the one that got me back into J-drama.  Haven't been into these since Hana Yori Dango Returns ended.

I've seen only the third epie with my friend and so far, it looks adorable! The funny parts made us lol (a little too loudly since we were in a bubble tea shop at the time). ^-^o

absolute boyfriend is a great serise althought the manga and the live action are very differnt.

I caught a couple of episodes of this at Kumoricon and actually found myself caring about some of the characters. O_O Which came as quite a surprize as the manga lost me about 3 volumes in and I just threw up my hands at the ridiculousness....

I'm pretty sure me and a friend are going to find the whole thing sometime soon and watch it while painting our fingernails and eating icecream or something stereotypically girly. (wait, you probably don't actually want to do both those things at the same time.....)
