My goals for tomorrow night (provided my place of employment doesn't keep me busy):

Translate in to my own language the definition for the open ID 2.0 protocol. (Mostly some strange combination of regexp and state machines interacting with formatted messages.)
Take the outline I have for a perl-script to clean up and add hyperlink markup to Bylaws drafts and fill it in with modified versions of the older version of the script that wasn't designed to be quite as flexible.
Answer the likely replies to a few forum posts which will determine how I proceed on revising my Bylaws draft.
Define further goals.

I feel a little bad for doing this other stuff now, but I know I'll thank my self for it later when everything is finally done. Besides, that first item on the list requires a clear head. Thanks to a lack of sleep as I shifted back on to night-shift and work being 'busy' tonight I only had a tiny bit of time, just enough for that simple block level outline I talked about in point two. Everything else I've done tonight required just small bursts of focus.

Spent more time then I thought on forum replies. However I think the majority of that was really productive towards exploring the types of ideas for the bylaws draft that will end up using that new script.

Work had a few tiny surprises for me as well, but those are out of the way, I've just sort of run out of time.
