Psh, Tom don't be a baby...
I'm having conflicts already and I don't know what to do anymore..
Plus the closer con gets the more people tend to get awesome ideas but they don't think about how to fit it in the schedule...
I'm still having a problem with the Ice skating, Cosplay Contest, Tea party, and Photoshoots...

We are all going to have to go through conflicts. That is the problem with so much amazing stuff going on in three short days.
I am happy with the Naruto photo shoot. I like the time and I can deal with missing the tea party. I think I was going to be a part of the one at Sakuracon.

The park has tons of space and we could probably do all the cosplay photo shoots there at the same time if it wasn't rainy.

There really isn't anywhere in the conspace itself that has room for a big group of people to gather so the park is the best. Though I suppose if you were willing to trek you could go over and fill up the entrance of the Pirate store. It has some scenery, as seen here.

This pretty much is the official schedule because the photo shoots are scheduled by the participants and not necessarily staff. Just checking this thread before you leave for con or at the con even is the best way to make sure you are up-to-date on your shoots.

Well, it's open, but once someone has come in here and reported the time that the consensus has agreed on, there's not a great chance of it being changed. Sooo, it's kinda open? I dunno, lol.

Yeah, the convention has enough stuff going on right now so they don't schedule any photoshoot for an official time. The week of the convention I will print out a copy of this schedule and give it to my wife for posting at the info booth.

Hopefully each day we can have a big printout showcasing the photoshoots scheduled.

Remember, if you want a photoshoot to exist, you should make it happen. Every single one* of these times was discussed and agreed upon in another thread on the forum. It is your duty as cosplayers and photographers to negotiate the times that work best for everyone.

Especially now that the SCHEDULE has been posted!

plus you can cancel the .hack shoot if needed, because all the cosplayers aren't going to finish their cosplays by then. Dx

Since the Slayers cosplay thread has been getting some response recently, is it actually possible to include a photoshoot for those who are cosplaying from those series?

Also, same thing for the Digimon cosplayers too.

No, I unfortunately rushed through reading most of that. But what you're saying is that for a photoshoot to happen, is that all cosplayers and photographers must agree on both a time, place, and day, right?

Yeah.

We just need a majority of people to agree on something. Then I'll add it to the list.
This is not something that the staff organize, it's all done by the cosplayers.

Oh if anyone 18+ what prophotos on monday in cosplay we can shoot after closing ceremonies or it can be done on saturday.

the photog's studio is just down the street and the reason for 18+ is because of a model release thing, under 18 you need parent sign. and stuff.

If you're talking about me coming as L on Saturday for the official photoshoot, then no; sorry. What I would like to know is where can I get a decent pair of handcuffs for my cosplay though.

I want to let everyone know that you can not wear handcuffs, or any time of thing that connects you with another person. It is too dangerous. The only time that it is ok is for a picture, then you have to take them off.
