well I guess I should mention that the cosplay I'm thinking ofis haruhi herself actually. I'm looking into do a black & white lolita verison. I'm not sure if I can get it in time for sakura con, but hopefully, I'll get everything rdy for that con.

I sadly think I will only have my MIKURU BATTLE MAID attire by then :[ it depends on how much time I have and all of that jazz.

The only issue that you may have Sayda is that the only female characters with short hair, are short. XD But if height is of no consequence then I think that you would make an awesome Yuki Nagato. And if if hair length is of no consequence, then take your pick. XD

Yuki is cute, but I would need a wig, because I can't get my hair that color without bleaching it. Who else would I be good at/look like? I have only seen the first episode!

Yeah I won't be able to make it to Sakuracon, but Kumoricon is a yes! The Pre-regs have opened and I wanna do it, but I have to check if it's on a school day or not. cause you know it on until monday. It's Weird it's usually on Friday to Suday.

That Monday is a holiday (Labor Day), which is why Kumoricon is Saturday-Monday.

a school uniform haruhi should be rather inexpensive. I'm in a similar situation though, lots of costumes, little time, and little money. plus I'm dun know sewing that well(I cheat by using my sewing machine) so I"ll have to do a bunch of research(which I tend to overdo) to make some of my cosplays.

taking another look at my plans on when to make my various cosplays, it will be doubtful I can have haruhi for sakura. in all likelyhood, I'll have it ready for kumori, but not sooner unless I decide to commission some of my choices and some extra money comes my way.

I'm doing the battle waitress mikuru and my friends are going to be Haruhi school uniform and my other friend is going to be the witch yuki. Becuase we were thinking of doing a live action version of the movie. lol only thing is we don't have any of the boys. T_T oh well I'm just happy i'll get to be mikuru

RAAAAAHHH I CUT MY HAIR!!! Oh god!!!! It's like Haruhi's!!! IT SUUUUCKES!!! only because my hair is black and my mom cut it to short. I got fabric to make my costume already, my first one was a way to light blue so i got a brighter and darker blue...first was 1 yard thank fully, did you ever notice that the collar is a different color than the skirt? I also got the red ribbon for the sleeves and the collar, but I need a headband and...to actually make the costume and It'll be done. I might put it on cosplay.com. Oh yeah I send in my registration already, thankfully in time.

edit: oh yeah also i'm forcing my friend jacob to go as Kyon....Is the suit dark green or a really dark blue?
