Yes and no...  Probably not too early to start gathering a group of interested people cosplaying similar shows, but it really is kind of too early to expect everyone to be firmly set enough to make solid time/day kind of plans.

I should have clarified...I only meant the bit about groups deciding if they were going to put forth the effort to arrange a photoshoot or not. I figured scedualing can come after the con schedule is decided upon.

No, it shouldn't be too early for that...  Remember also, if you get it all planned out in time, you could try and get the photo shoots listed in the con program, which would probably help get more cosplayers and photographers.

I don't think it is too early, it'd be fun to know who all is interested in what anime, seems like there is lots of people that like to cosplay bleach, naruto and FF I bet those will be some big photoshoots.

It's never too early. For Anime Evolution, we've already got several photoshoots planned. ^_^;

I'm looking for Sailor Moon and Tsubasa cosplayers. I am a cosplayer/photographer.

yes... there will be many Soras... but only I will have a slew of Disney characters by my side! =D

Well, heck, why not make up a list of what groups want a photoshoot?  That way, once the schedule starts firming up, we can try and work out when to do which one without making them conflict?  So far it seems like:

Naruto
Bleach
Kingdom Hearts
Final Fantasy
Guilty Gear  --~-- Sunday
Sailor Moon
Clamp
D Gray Man
Ouran
Ranma 1/2 (Together with other R Takahashi stuff?)
Inu Yasha
Digimon
Zelda

Post whatever you want added so we can get an idea of how many millions of shows people are cosplaying...  Also, lets try to spread the shoots out across all three days as much as we can, so people with multiple costumes don't have to choose one shoot over another.

Thanks, guys.  I know that Leashy is planning on going as Kasumi, & there's a couple of girls I've met who usually go as Akane & Shampoo.  Ooh, I hope someone goes as Ryoga.  I don't think I've ever seen one.

Don't forget to add the Guilty Gear photoshoot on there! So far we have a day (Sunday) we just don't have a time or photographer yet. If anyone is interested in being our photographer please post in the Guilty Gear thread.

Alright...  Now that we have a pretty long list already...  Anyone wanna claim a day?  It's kinda early on to try and set a time, since we don't really have a con schedule, but if you have multiple costumes and you'd really prefer a certain day for a photoshoot, we could start a tentative "claim list" or something to try and figure out how to make it so as few people as possible have to switch costumes in a hurry to make it to their shoots.  Also, has anyone scoped out the area yet?  Would the park across the street make a good "official" shoot location?

I wish there were more people besides myself, and two others I know of cosplaying Yu Yu Hakusho so we could have a really good photoshoot. If anyone else is cosplaying as someone from YYH this year, please let me know!
