Senbazuru(thousand crane) threading instructions?

I have, over many years, folded a lot of origami cranes.  Over a thousand, actually. ^.^; (I get bored fingers ^.^; )

So I thought it would be cool to string them up traditional Japanese style, and then realized that I have no clue on how to thread the cranes up in traditional japanese style. ^.^;

I only got historical references, or japanese shops, when I did a google search. (Of course, I did this google at 3 am ^.^; )

So.... does anyone know how to string up a thousand origami cranes, or know a link with the instructions? ^.^?
