(this is a true story) Well I used to be constantly upset. So I went to a pycoligist and he put me on Prozac. (Yes it is a very true story) I not saying you should be medicated or anything I am just telling you what I did. I know from personal experience it a long and confusing rode. But some day you will find the way. The brain Is a powerful thing another I did was fake optimism and eventual you will trick your brain into thinking that how you need to think and It thinks like that. This is just for me. I do not know how (if in any way) it like my case. Those are just some things I did.
