I was just wondering if anyone was cosplaying on friday night badge pick-up.... I know it sounds odd to cosplay then, but the thought crossed my mind xD then again, my costume is easy so it wouldn't be too difficult to put on.

I would, but I'm riding up on a bus that day, and wandering around Portland. I just don't want an over amount of attention that day.

Friday night calls for "Stealth Cosplay". This means wearing an outfit which to mundanes appears to be regular clothes, but is actually a reproduction of some character's clothing. Kaji from Evangelion is a perfect example -- to most people it's just a guy wearing a shirt and messily tied tie (perfect for hanging out in the hotel bar!)... however to anime fen, it's Kaji!

I haven't decided what I'll wear, but since the idea has come about, I'll probably throw something fun on...

Since I'll be doing some sort of setup I'm not sure I'll be cosplaying, though the day before (considered to be Day Zero by most congoers) there's usually  lots of people that cosplay, at least at bigger cons. I'm not sure how it has been with kcon in the past because this is my first year being there for day zero.

But if I do cosplay I'll be in my Chloe costume.

I just got back from the badge pickup. I pretty much wore my normal clothes. Jeans, white shirt, denim jacket with a sakuracon and balzac patch on it.
