Dynasty Warriors, Samurai Warriors (Musou Series)

:arrow: I'm a fan of the Dynasty Warriors series, including the spinoffs into the Japanese Warring States period which the Samurai Warriors series is based (romantically?) on.

That being said...  :!:

Does anyone have any opinion on the series or any game inpeticular?
Favorite characters? Techniques? Weapons? Features? War zones?

Another thing - "Sangoku Action" is a demo game for the Nintendo Wii, which uses the Ps2 Samurai Warriors models to display a usage of the controller to utilize movement of the sword precisely. It's pretty interesting, and infact, it's exactly why I would want the Wii!  

For Samurai Warriors 2 I am definitely looking forward to play as Miyamoto Musashi Fujiwara no Genshin  :!:
However I heard the game was worse than Samurai Warriors 1...

>_<! Also if you are a picky person about the history of Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors (there are a lot of errors to history) please feel free to post them   (For example, a very basic one... Cao Cao being pronounced "Cow Cow" instead of how it's properly pronounced, which is "Tsao Tsao".)

I think Dynasty Warriors 5 has the same engine as Samurai Warriors so if you liked how that went it should be fine.
However there aren't a ton of features since it is a first game in the series, but you can play about 15 characters, I think. (I'd have to look up how much exactly..)

I pretty much like both equally. Dynasty because I have been playing it so long, and Samurai because it inovates so much on Dynasty.

In short, I think the option "Both" should be added to the choices.
