MAX!!!

His hair is soooooo soft!! and he is soooooo cute!!!

we are still at the hospital, we get to go home tomorrow noonish I think

oh yeah he was 8lbs 4 oz

On 10/8 I was at a hospital holding a newborn for my first time! My pal Megan's baby Evvie.....

We should be able to come home today! Barring any complications, and boy I am ready to be home!

Max is soooo cuddly its really hard not to fall asleep while holding him, its like "so warm and soft....zzz wah?" for the record it would be bad to fall asleep while holding baby.

YAY!!! (The funny thing is how I came up with it; I was born on a Sunday, too, at 6:36 am, weighing in at 7 lbs. 13.5 oz.)

whew still alive! had a few complications but dealing with them, had our first "okay ready out the door" then the sound of a baby wetting both his and his fathers pants! now that's talent! I have pictures that i will post once i can come up for air

Had a rough first week but now things are settling down a bit, he is spending more time awake, and he seems not to know newborns are not suppose to be able to move their neck much, cuz he does.

That machine was to get rid of his jaundice and boy that wasn't fun

The mark was from adhesive b/c they put a iv in at the hospital, didn't want to force it off and hurt him

yeah, the baby skin is probably more delicate than the adhesive right now. Some goo gone should get it right off there though (or some people like to use rubbing alcohol or anything really citrus-y)

he does a lot but daddy is at work

His work was awesome tho, he doesnt have vacation, and they gave him 2 days off with pay, and it was such a huge help to have him home during that time
