I need help with Camellia Len.

The only thing I need from this cosplay is the Shirt, belt and the small ribbon bouquet in his hand. I would like help, because I unable to sew.
1. Lack of Sewing machine
2. Novice

But it would be nice to get some tips if it doesn't involve sewing, such as crafting.

! go to good will and get yourself a short sleaved dress shrit.  then go to liek a costume store and get black gloves or soemthing I can make you a black tie, or oyu can buy on also with the shirt i can to som stiching for you to make it look like that
along with a pair of black slack or black skinny jeans will work as well . and i got black ribbon and yellow fake roses i can get to you

The pants/tie I have covered. I already have a skinny black tie from last year from hot topic and I got black slacks from express. XD
