Best contact shops?

Hey! I'm looking for the best place to buy colored contacts. Does anyone have any good suggestions for a first time user/shopper?

I like http://www.pinkyparadise.com/ for circle lenses and youknowit.com for more theatrical ones that would usually cost more money.

I remember someone posted to me a site that had such contacts that were also prescription.  Unfortunately, I don't even remember WHERE that post was, let alone who said it or where to go for them.  Anyone know which site I'm talking about, or another one that would help me out?

If you ever find them, that would be a blessing! I would be walking around with just colored lenses and no glasses, but I would prefer to see, if I could. XD
