I'm not sure what the policy is on soliciting gifts for Kumori panels - it might be good to ask the Programming people about it. I don't think there would be any problem as long as it's simply asking for them, but if the Kumoricon name comes up when you ask, it gets complicated.

Hey guys,

I appreciate your enthusiasm, but going to businesses and asking for donations on behalf of Kumoricon is not a good idea. It is something only authorized Kumoricon staffers (specific staff designated by the Director of Relations) can do.

If you really want to get involved contact Sarah, Director of Relations, about becoming staff. And like I said before, you really need to talk to her about your idea of an auction... that is not something I would typically allow in a panel.

Mitsukai, I will send you an email in the next week to tell you about the dance. I have talked to the hotel liaison about getting catering prices for you, but that may take a while to get the information back from them.

Well, like... have the change being, apply sans the actual tea (they ask what you need), then, once I get e-mailed back about it and know how much it'll cost for the hotel to cater in terms of tea/water/what the hell else, then I'll figure it out.

If worst comes to worst, if the weather is nice, like was suggested... have a picnic for the 'hosts' and sell a couple 'tickets' in the auction/donation thing. n.n

And sure, I'll post a pic of it when it gets here, along with my Ciel makeup.

I hope that everything works out well and dandy for planning this. It's a great idea and I would personally love attending with my group of friends. c: Especially when I'll be dragging around a Claude and Grell for a day.

I must say that I'm pretty tempted to squeeze in a cosplay of one of the triplets just to be a host for the panel. X'D Be completely monotone the entire time, listen to Claude and take orders from Alois.

Hopefully I'll get the form turned in sometime today or tomorrow, than I'll work on reviving this and working out the kinks.

An idea brought up to me was, for an 18+ panel (which might be a pj panel too?) was playing the Pocky Game n.n

K, submitted the forms for both panels. Also edited the first page to separate the two panels (like what we're going to do), and added a list of things people are willing to make/donate. Also, adding right after I post this 'cause I just remembered, a list of what people will bring to the tea picnic thingy (Well, what the hosts will bring, if they want to bring things xD;;

I'll look into making Ciel's PJs from the series. And would be totally cool if the Sebby's and/or Alois's strip me of the shirt during the 18+ panel. I'll be wearing a heavy-duty, corset-esque chest bind, so it's okay xD
