I think this was one of the best meetings that the convention has had! Not only could we see the hotel space but there was a lot of people and a lot getting done. Imagine how much would be ready if the last few had been this active! Heh heh.

Seriously though, I think that with as many key staffers (directors) as were missing you guys still pulled it through and to me it seemed like some definite progress was made. It may just be that the schedule went from about 1/8 full to 2/3 full while I watched.

Pocky club had a decent turn out, even though there were events that kept some key members from coming we still had a good time and got to go over some last minute scheduling details. In fact, we're even doing a panel! Pocky Club: Convention Etiquette and Glomping Safety. Sort of a congoer 101. I suppose I havfta write a blurb for it if they put it in the schedule but nobody's told me who needs it. :?

Oh well, next up, the convention! Whoo-hoo!

Last meeting was weird beecause like we sat there for along time, then everyone split into groups, then we walked around the hotel [i was at lloyd center at the time meeting up with people] then all randomly you have Sakuracon's con chair talking about security stuff...wtf? Sooo random.

It was just a lot more people this time so each of the little groups were bigger and (almost) everybody was involved!

Uhhhh.... no jousting. i'm specifically ordering the super giant Pockies with less padding than usual so that they'll look better, this means they are not for combat. No jousting.

I think we can do musical chairs, I'll make a good CD to use, the Pocky Girls song can be first!

sounds like it was great, i wish i could have come... i cant really go anywhere but the doctors lately tho -_- im really struggling financially right now too, cant go to work because of my accident, and i have to get my finger rebroken and set, and god-knows-what to my damaged knee, and i still cant lift too much with my left arm -_- im hoping i dont get fired from my job cause of this ^^; so yea, i find this a valid excuse -_- i just hope we sell a bunch of stuff at the con so i can make rent -_- and maybe pay for all the stuff i need medical ise ^^;;;
