any of U got floorspace on friday night for 3 staffers who messed up their room reservation?

We thought we had 3 days but we only had 2.

Me and my friend megan and kristin are all on staff, 2 security, 1 floating and will be ariveing early friday to do setup which will probably be running rather late and were hopeing to be there early in the morning saturday for the big rush.

I'd be willing to give them the second reservation, but it isn't for Friday night, which is the night they need.

And just let Chris and I know how much we owe and we'll overnight a check to Radien.

since we have six total, but only 5 are staying on friday and only one on monday....should we let sephy join us on those days....or keep it as is.

AS far as paying. Ill talk to raiden tonight about paying him. I have a feeling it will either be me, him or fizzy. more likely than not it will be fizzy or me. We shall see.

If necessary I can use my parents credit card, as I've deactivated my checking account until I have a steady flow of income (meaning no debit card). However, I'd prefer to pay somebody else and have them use their credit card.

Unless Tarock says otherwise, don't worry about overnighting checks or anything.

If you're transporting yourselves, I'm fine as long as you have payment when you get there.

becasue right now it is just me, fizzy and raiden who are on the reservation. Can you just come up ask for what room nicholas reed is in and then go up...or should whoever gets there first wait in the front and tell the person where teh room is.

As far as paying. I dont think you really need to overnight a check. I mean you can come with a check or cash to the con. or you can do it paypal. Do whatever floats your boat?

What about cell phones? I'm bringing mine, and once you guys are in the room you could call it and let me know what room number it is.

And I cancelled my reservation today. And if it's cool with whoever is using their card, the boyfriend and I will give you cash at the con.

And they won't let anyone check into the room until the person paying for the room shows up. That's just how hotels work. They won't mind Puss hanging out until you show up, though.

And Puss mentioned it already, but his name is C0rw1n San Inman, with an umlaut over the a in San.

You can put my name on there since I might be the first one; I would not mind that at all. Then you guys can call my cell number to find out what room number it is as you get there? You can also put it under "C San Inman" because that is what is on my State I.D. (their computer would not do any of the other characters! hahha!). I also do not mind waiting for you--I actually might go straight to Artist Alley just to check things out anyway and you can call me when you get there.

At any rate, I will PM you (tarock) my cell number since you are the In Charge Person it seems, and Fizz because I know her, so at least two of you can get in touch with me :) You guys can give it to whoever you need to.

We should probably not test the hotel on the whole five people thing... haha. Getting in contact outside of the front desk is the best idea if you ask me--none of us wants to sleep in the parking lot ^_^

Warning!! You can't just walk up to the desk and find out what room someone is staying in, without having a way of proving you are affiliated with them.

If they are in their hotel room, you can possibly get the front desk to page them for you.

Logically, you should also be able to tell the front desk to "tell person X where we are if he asks." They're only trying to protect people's privacy, so I bet they'll take instructional requests.

I doubt they will care; tell them we're giving closet storage space to some friends as well as switching a few roommates halfway through (both are partially true).

They care more about the credit card number than whether you are there yet. If you want to see whether they will allow something different, you'd best call the hotel.

I called the hotel.
basicly we dont have to pay unitl the last day. (puss and sephy. I will have it taken care of before I leave on sunday.)
So we dont even have to pay on friday.
Those people on the reservatoin have only to show that they have a credit card and they can get into the room. They will not charge your card. I will make sure that they will not when I get there. So go ahead and use your credit card if they ask for it.

since it looks like radien is getting there before me and he is in the account I will just leave the account as is.

Puss you can get in as long as you have a credit card.

and also if you dont mind radien, could you call everyone and let them know what room we are in. Except me. you dont need to call me. Ill be there around 7:00 or 7:30 and Ill just go to the front desk.
