Regular ol' Conrad. I'll try to find some shoes that look like his but other than that it's the same as the pictures. (And oh gawd if Tessa's there...asdfghjkl;;;; )

8D Yeah, those are my favorite characters. And Hanna, but...I'm not short enough to be Hanna imo. And that's a big part to him, since the running joke of "I'm 24" is mostly due to his height (and his childish personality of course but whatevs).

If only we could switch heights just for one cosplay...because most of the ones I do are tall guys, so I'm very happy with my height and wouldn't ever trade it permanently (I'm 5'7").

Thanks, Naruchan. 8] The wig I used was the short one they used to have on cosworx when it was still around in black (it was one of the two "man hairstyle" wigs). I styled it into an updo and yeah, the sideburns were from Display and Costume. (Funnily enough, that wig has been used the most out of all of my wigs, and it's technically broken since the strap hooks broke and I had to tie it myself, so it's small-ish on my head and likes to slip a lot...but I use it for any short-black-haired character and it still works great.)

XDCosworx has a good selection... till they started to kinda suck.

So I won't be able to do the photoshoot during spring break. I just got a HUGE ticket that will take away all my money I saved up and then some (it's my own fault for being so stupid and spacing out.) Anyway, so I won't have enough money to get anything for cosplays, it's even looking very unlikely I can afford to get the outfit for Sakuracon, but I'm hoping for the best.

XD and I'll post some for ya'll's enjoyment soon. 8D This con was pretty fun, and let me say, I wasn't the only Hanna there, but I was the only one to get completely fangirled over, the chick was nice, and we basically talked about webcomics for half an hour outside of the "try not to laugh" panel, which was hard, because the anime hunters were in there. so it was basically everyone being tards.

I was just being really stupid and careless and went over the speed limit, which is funny, because I always end up following the speed limit very well, I'm actually a really cautious driver, never had a ticket or even a warning before. If I go to Scon, I'll probably be Pleas. But I'm debating if I'll bring him to Kumo or not.......Right now I have too many cosplays to really have room for him....

So I sewed the blue wefts to the top of my wig, and then styled them.

All I gotta do now is get ahold of a curling iron and curl the long wefts before I sew them into the rest of the wig, then put up the ponytail and voila! wig will be done.

Wish I was at home right now to get a picture of the styled up mohawk, because I am proud of it and it looks bitchin.

Been a while, but I thought you'd all like to know that I have fabric for Toni's skirt, and her wig is almost done. It looks so lovely omg. I just have figure out the ponytail, and sew in the last few blue wefts. SO MUCH WORK. SO MUCH WORTH IT. It's so beautiful I can't wait to show you guys.

Hey uh TreeNostalgia you were totally right to bring up that we really need to make some concrete plans for this whole meetup business, since it's March now and we're meeting in two-ish weeks. I remember we agreed to meet in Vancouver on Monday, March 21st. Assuming that still works for everyone, any Vancouverites have good ideas for a location? And if not, would everyone mind moving the meet to downtown Portland? Dingy-looking but accessible spots are pretty easy to find around there.

I think the reason for having the shoot in vancouver was so we could checkout the hotels for this year's kcon. We already know the doubletree but I at least don't know what the area around the red lion looks like at all. But I'm fine with either location. : )

I'm not even sure if I'll be able to make it, Vancouver or Portland, since I have school and the 21st is a Mondaaaaay. Plus I don't even have the proper Hanna-y clothes. Buuuut I guess it really depends on what time of day we meet up... 'cause class gets out at 2:20 for me. >.> I need to go shopping. And see if painting my shoes will work for the checkered Hannashoes.

Even if I don't get to be Hanna'd up for the shoot I'd love to be there if I can and take lots of photos!

As for a location to initially meet up I kept thinking about the little Burgerville with the outdoor dining, mostly because I'm almost always hungry when I'm in downtown Vancouver. Other than that I'm afraid I won't be much help.

Crud I just realized the meet is a week away. Hey, I'm responsible and stuff.

So we need an official vote on Portland vs Vancouver. I'd also like a list of people who are coming and what times would be best for the meet. I'd personally like sometime after three, maybe four....if we plan it right, we might be able to get some neat twilight shots. It also seems like it'd be better to have it later for Tree? Yeah. Also if we're in Portland, I can chose a place downtown...probably the square, because it's centralized and we can get a lot of places from there. If Vancouver, we can also meet downtown and let the natives lead us around because I am clueless about Washington.

Also, I'm loving the progress pictures and updates. I'm so excited I'm pretty much sitting here screaming.

TL;DR: Portland or Vancouver? Roll call for who is coming, and best time. If no one gives me a time I'm throwing down 3:30 pm.

So yeah, showing as fem!Conrad. I prefer Portland just for convenience, but Vancouver's okay.
I'm thinking, since we've got a few people who are lower on time, it'd make more sense to have the meet be more accessible for them just so we can have it earlier. So for Tree and Harucha, is it easier for both of you to come to downtown Portland?

I'm down with meeting at the Square and then heading to a pre-determined somewhere else. That way, if someone's late, they can head to the secondary location. No fuss no muss.
