Errr, there is also the possibility of going to downtown Vancouver. There is an industrial site (I hope it's still there, it was all awesome when I got my senior pictures done in September), some train tracks (prrrretty sure), plus there is the option of scoping out the area for K-con shoots and especially foodular options. ~~It's also much easier for me to get to than Portland, ahahahasoselfish.~~ And if there is carpooling, Portland would still be an option. Anyway, just a suggestion that doesn't have to be taken seriously. >.>

@Neko: The vest idea is cool but sort of requires you buy two nice vests which might be costly? The ticking sound played through some small portable speakers would be cool but might get annoying. I like the idea of actually having a sound you can turn on and off better but it's your choice! I love the way that other person did their vest though.

@Tree: I wouldn't mind going to Vancouver. I mean, I just live in Portland so it's not bad for me. Idk about those of y'all who live down south and how you would feel about it though. Considering the con will be in Vancouver next year it might be nice to check out stuff up there. I don't care either way. If we did go up, I could take three more in my car if people needed rides.

Harucha, thanks for the advice. I've been scopping out Goodwill for vests, so hopefully I'll find some. I think I'll aim for painting the back, but if I can only get one vest, I'll just leave it blank. And I'm going to putting a tiking track on my Ipod, which has a built in speaker, so I can control it by that.

And I'd love to go to Vancouver! I'd either need a ride, or figure out the public transport system...
I know of this great wall that has paintings that I think would be cool as a background, and it's close to the Red Lion.

When I was in vancouver last, it snowed, and it didn't really get to see most the city, because it was kind of freezing. XD

Katie! I suggest looking up dying tutorials on youtube, they help, but usually if you're actually using fabic dye, they have directions, I WISH I HAD A CAR! I WOULD DRIVE YOU ALL! I'D GET UP AT 3 IN THE MORNING AND DRIVE EVERYWHERE, PICK EVERYONE UP AND WE'D ALL BE IN VANCOUVER!

... but I don't... so damn it.

Alright, who exactly wants to go on the Trimet adventure with Jacob and I from Portland to Vancouver? We can all meet up some place and head up together. It sounds like many people would need rides and I can only fit three of you in my car legally. Besides, I oddly enjoy taking Trimet.

A wig is the answer to all your problems. And then you can weft in white and you won't have to worry about hair powder or anything. : D

AIGHT. So I located extensions today that I can curl and also they are on sale and the right colour which is excellent. And I purchased wefts for the mohawkthingie.

SO.

All the ingredients for my Toni wig, less the lime green foam I need to make her hairclip, is on it's way to my mailbox in the next week or two.
