Sounds like that wouldn't be a good time then. Understandable, considering the intense costumes some of you are trying to pull off.

When would be a good time then? I don't want to really push but I sort of want to get the ball rolling maybe set a timeline or something. I know a deadline would inspire me to actually, I don't know, do something for my Veser cosplay. |D

My group is wearing ours to Sakuracon, so that's at least the fem cosplayers done by late April. XD

So maybe try for spring break? Mine's March 19-27.

@Hashi: You're welcome to join us for any shoots we do as well! Such as the one we're talking about now. Having a Ples of any sort would round us out nicely, plus Ples is boss.

To everyone else, my spring break is at the same time as Malaria's, which means it's perfect for me as well. I don't want to absorb Naru's birthday because you might have other plans not involving cosplayers, so I'm going to put it at the 21st of March? Close enough to be cool but not enough to interfere with plans or post-birthday tiredness. The date can be changed at a later date but at least we have something to work for now! I'll also update the list later today.

You guys can keep on talking about other things now. Sorry to interupt!

I discovered something pretty cool the night before the Harry Potter premier.
I CAN SEW TIES.
So I think since {...}'s tie is so... square, I'll just make it myself. It is actually considerably less expensive. I made my Draco tie for $1.50. :3
I also think I'm going to experiment with dyes for his shirt, as opposed to having to find an orange button up shirt

I took an old gross tie, and cut it in to pieces. Then I made a pattern out of it

Off the top of my head, there's that old max/streetcar track changing area on... SW 12th I think? Between the Red and Blue max lines. It's just an open space block that isn't swamped by tourists. And it has some cool street lights. I'm sure there are better places though, it's not really a good main photoshoot area. Just a cool place. ~~I'm sorry I am being completely unhelpful. >.o~~

Alright, it would be great if you guys gave me critiques/feedback on how I should style the wig (if you think I should style it at all.) I would love some tips for bangs, etc, etc...
Also, I didn't brush out the wig when I put it on, so it looks kind of ratty in some of the pictures :'D

I can't think of any place either for locations. I think if we can find any industrial but slightly trashy places that might be kind of interesting (as long as it's during the day so something terrible doesn't happen to us X'D)

FFFFFFFF YOU ARE SO CUTE. And DAT WIG is awesome and actually I think it's great for Zombie as it is... If you wanted to get really fancy with it I'd say maybe add a few more layers and maybe add a tiny bit more curl, but seriously, it's super cute.

Yeah that's the kind of stuff I'll look for :'D I think I know of a few industrial-looking places in the Pearl, which is a pretty nice area of town so I think we should be fine. Yay Portland! You're so safe!

As far as locations, I really like near the park blocks or old town, because the older buildings, just give me a sense of Hanna.
I plan to order my Hanna wig soon, but till then, I have another wig I styled to see how it would look. XD I agree with Jaqua on the pearl district as well, <3 love that place.
XD Most places down town can make good pictures happen, SO WEE!
