I'd say that looks more like a thirty for forty dollar cosplay, not a sixty dollar one.

But it IS super cute, and you'd look absolutely adorable.

I suppose I could consider making it for you... it actually looks pretty simple, and seems like it'd be fun to make.

Ya more like 40$ then 60. It's pretty simple, but depending on the price of fabric you could spend half that price on material. More likely you will only spend 10$ on material, or a few more for the orange thread. ^^

OKAY GUYS, SO, MY HALLOWEEN PLANS CHANGED.

Now I am being Pikachu, and I really want a Pikachu Kigurumi.
Is there anyone that could make one by Halloween for around $40? (Or I could pay you half when I get it, and the other half in a few weeks when I have more money~)
The fabric doesn't have to be great, just soft, and I want it to look something like this:

I said on Facebook I might be able to alter Penelope so here she is!
I can easily change the ears as they are just on a headband that holds the hood up. The ears slip through two holes in the hood so you can wear it with or without the ears.
I can pull the hood down more and paint on a face if you wish. (Or you can just paint your own face...?)
Tail and stripes on the back would be easy.
I can also trim the sleeves or you can do it to your desire. This fabric does not need to be hemmed so trimming is easy.
It goes to my feet but, as you know, I am shorter than you so your feet will show. I could add some fabric to the bottom if you want.
I could also turn the bottom into the pantsish thing if you want. It is easier to wear in a dress/snuggie fashion because you don't see the zipper.
Also, this is very warm and will keep you warm in the winter. It is easy to move around in and is 'waterproof.' The fabric gets heavier with water and does get damp but it will keep you dry. ^^

Yeah. I would probably need to add a bit of fabric to the bottom because of our height difference though.

As for cost...Um....Psh...I fail at this kind of stuff... ^^;
I asked my mom and she said that about $20-25 (and then about $5 shipping would bring it to $25-30) would be good.
But yeah...whatever it is worth to you. I don't even remember how much the fabric cost me. XP So like...a total of $25 minimum...?

And if the seam looks bad I will go buy more fabric and make it from scratch for you. ^^
(I have no life so it wouldn't be an issue.)

Also, would you want it closed in the front like in the picture? Or do you want something hidden?
I can have it where the inside of the legs button up so you can still slip the outfit on like a dress and then it can be buttoned around your legs.

As far as the leg things go, hmmmmmm.
I really want it to fit around my ankles like in the picture or whatever, but I'm not sure that would work. xD
Sewing is so confusing. .___.
And do you have enough extra fabric for the tail and ears? 'o'
Also, can the sleeves be made shorter, or do you want me to do that myself if I were to get it? :3

As long as I know how big your ankles are, I can do it with elastic. ^^
And I would just leave the elastic attached that you would slip your feet into and then it would button above the elastic straps.

And yes, I do. I have at least a yard or two of fabric left from my original purchase.

And I can make the sleeves shorter and go around your wrists like in the picture. I just need shoulder to wrist measurements and the measurement of your wrists.

Everything is easy, I just need measurements to do it all. ;P

Wrist - 6 1/2 in
Ankle - 8 1/2 in
Hip to ankle? xD - 39in ish~~

They shouldn't take that long. Once I finish my English homework today/tomorrow, I will start on it.

Almost done with my homework and then I will start on the ears, stripes, and tail. ^^ Get the easiest things out of the way so I don't end up rushing them at the end.

Then I will do the sleeves. Then the feet. And last the snaps.

But for the face...do you want it painted on or sewed on?
If sewed they will be felt. Paint is just simple fabric paint.
