I can't change the configuration of the room... your panel is locked between two others and there is no time to remove the chairs for yours and bring them back in for the next panel.

Your panel form requested space at back of room only, not clear floor space. An open space with only a few chairs will not fit the 60+ that you requested.

I do not want to see a repeat of last year, and come in to find all the furniture moved around. Shifting of a few chairs is normal... completely changing the configuration of the room is what the hotel is for, not con staff or attendees.

I'm sorry, but you will have to work within in the confines of the space you have.

Looks like we'll just have to have people raise hands or so for the quiz. And we could move the table back to the wall so we can do our games. But it seems that it's only gonna be able to be us doing the games to entertain.

yeah i think we can easily do that. we can just move our table (the one on the front) and just leave everything else the way it is. and i can set up the games in the back. so that should work.

@jamiche: i do remember requesting a television or some kind of projector. did you get that? and i understand i'll have to work with that.

I finally finished carving my keyblade!!!

Now I just need to sand it and paint. Along with some touch ups and such. But I will get it done >.<

and i'm also styling the terra wig partially tonight and tomorrow night since i got work in the morning x.x

Are there any kh artists here that would be willing to draw a keyblade on my converse after the photoshoot? Theyre painted yellow for minnie already, but they just dont look cool enough lol and i cant draw

so here are the pictures of the photoshoots. on day 1 since people were too hot we just took one giant shot so those are the few last ones at the end of the album! the rest are random shots of friends as KH characters :3

The funny thing is I don't remember anyone on day one really complaining about the heat so much they wanted the shoot to be shortened. Sure it was hot but only one, maybe two people, were ready to just say 'screw it it's hot' and move on. It was just really unorganized and nobody was taking charge. I personally was prepared to do an actual shoot, and others were too since I talked to them about it while we were waiting, but what happened was 'OKAY EVERYONE GATHER UP' click click, okay we're done. The people I talked to were really confused about what happened, and why we were done. I was personally a little annoyed since I wasn't going to be bringing my KH cosplay on day 2. So for me the photoshoot was a waste of my time, since I was there when we were supposed to meet up then had to wait 45 minutes just to take a few pictures.

sorry but the heat was getting to my head, and i had the KH 101 panel to run afterwards, so next year please let me know so that you could take charge. last year i had everything organized cuz our panel didn't interfere with our photoshoots. but this year was just freaken chaotic.

The only thing i didnt like was the lack of disney people at the kh shoot. It was so hot in my tights that i went home to change into leggings for the shoot, and when i got back, only jack was there for disney. And then my boyfriend made us miss the disney shoot and the kh and disney shoot on day two. To say i was mad would be an understatement.

yeah, i was kind of angry cuz a lot of KH cosplayers were already taking picture 2hours before the actual shoot, and so by the time the photoshoots rolled by i lost a few sora's and kairis. but there were several still there, but i seriously couldn't handle the heat anymore. i know i didn't have a giant leather coat on, but my clothes were still pleather, and i had to run in platforms too. so please forgive me for my quick snapping of photos but i assure you the photos look great.

I remember after that was taken, we rushed to the shade to cool back down since 95% of us were in black pleather, and we were pulled into the sun because the shade wasn't giving people the correct lighting for a photo.

yeah sorry lol there was no lighting cuz of the shade, and well i was going to pull you guys over to the roses to the right, but it was being taken >.< cuz we were sharing the park with MANY other cosplayers. so next year i'll be sure to organize it better, just like back in 2010... man i loved that photoshoot... i just loved the downtown area in general :/

There was a fountain that i wanted to use but when we got to the shoot no one would listen to me. They all wanted to stay under that tree.

yeah cuz i was in charge of the shoot, and most of them wanted to stay under the tree cuz it was "hot". also my voice was dying on me, so yelling and getting people's attention wasn't so great... most people don't listen to me anyways -.-" i should bring a mega phone next year >3> actually i will bring a megaphone, cuz it's a big park, and i can't even yell. also, next year i will take suggestions too, so if you see a KH1 kairi with a megaphone next year, just go up to her at the shoot and tell her you have some suggestions, cuz i really gotta step back up!
