I don't know if this site has been brought up in discussions today, but I found a sit that works amazingly for cosplay!
It's called
spoonflower.com and you can create your own fabric on it, which can be super helpful for when you can't find the right fabric.
It's a little spendy, but I think, depending on how exact you feel the need to make it, it could be amazingly helpful.
