I'll be cosplaying Ikki with the Replica of his AT's in the Kogarasumaru outfit. I'll also be getting a plush crow and somehow getting it to stay on the wing or shoulder and I'll be possibly having my friend help me make some emblems =3.

Now I have to ask some say his hair is like a really dark blue almost black and some say it's black. What do all of you think?

I think it's really dark blue almost black so I got a dark blue wig that I may darken a bit more.

Ashitaka, I think going with a dark blue that's close to black would be fine. I have a problem with the anime b/c it seems they gave everyone a hint of a strange color in their hair.

I've always seen Ikki with a dark brown, close to black hair (similar to my own hair). So a more natural look. But you can do what ever you like!

I'm thinking of being a different character since I will for sure be doing Akito next year with my group...
Any ideas?

Well i'd have to say that it depends on if ur doing akito or agito, because they r two totally different ppl (so to speak). I would do the normal pants, just kinda baggy, straight-leg (i believe that's what they are).... then because ur going fem, i'd pick a more form-fitting jacket? sound good?

ok, so now its my turn for a question. i'm working on simca's patch, and i've seen pics with the lettering for "simca" being white and being light purple. so which do u think it is guys/gals?

I found Emilys outfit. Its a back shot but the front top is just a black sports bra like top.
I think the white T-shirt is in there somewhere too though.

Oh, well if you're doing that outfit than it is a sportsbra type top. But if you're doing the school uniform, than it's a white shirt.....

And I've decided I'm not gonna do Air Gear at con. If we ever decide to do a meet up during the summer, though I'll show up ^^

I found a Kogarasumaru Jacket.
All the jackets are the same for all of them right? Cause if they still have it my first paycheak, Im getting it if so.

There are some kinda crappy buildings near by if people wanted to try and take some rail/wall riding pictures. Do this at your OWN RISK, because I don't remember if they are on obviously abandoned property or just not so well kept property. Ether way, if you scout around a bit you can find some other spots to shoot as well.

i have at's!! so scary to wear though, havne't gotten the chance to really skate in them since you go super fast and it scares me not being able to stop.

so bad news... due to financial issues (that being i'm moving out, to portland, a few weeks after kcon), i won't b able to get my simca cosplay.

i only have 1/2 of what i need to get it, so it'll have to wait til next year. I am still planning on going to the photoshoot with my new, sweet camera to shoot the pics and such, so i hope to see u all there!

@veraca: yeah, the anime is hilarious, but the manga is 200% better! and it actually covers everything! If you wanna just jump in where the anime left off, you'll b fine cause u have all the essentials. I dunno what chapter tho u'll wanna start at exactly. I'm sure sum1 here can recommend.

Do you guys realize how close kcon is? As I write this it's 22 days, 7 hours, and 31 mins til day 1. (yeah, there's an app for that)
