Well, as of now, it just seems like we need to either choose a date and if people can't go, they can't go, or just cancel it til later in winter/spring...

i may or may not be able to go depending on the date. if it's a sunday, monday, wensday i'm free as a bird, but tuesdays, thursdays, fridays, and sat. i'm booked, unless you guys can set up the date 100% 2 weeks prior to that date so i can let my work know!

@Saki: Well, I remember going to one that was ON Valentines Day (last year, I believe) but this year's took place on the 20th and 21st; so they switch around the days at times... Hopefully next year's will be set towards the end of February again. ><

Wow! A lot of changes well I was out of state. Anyway, I agree with something like four-ish pages ago. Why not plan one for winter break and then one for Valentines day? I just say that cause a lot of people I've talked with REALLLY want another meet up this year. It could just be a photo-shoot/hang out instead of a really Y/Y picnic. Though it's cool if you guys don't agree but I just thought of throwing it out there. Personally I think snow and cosplay sounds like a blast but I'm a Naru so I don't count xD.
