I was merely stating that a Late Night DJ is not a credible source from something like alien life and other life baring worlds.

In a society where most of the ways people communicate is through typing words, it would be nice if there were no miscommunications. I for one enjoy when I can have a literate conversation with someone. But that's off topic.

That is your opinion, I am not one to say if it is educated or uneducated but you can't tell me what to believe in. I believe there is a potential for aliens AND zombies to exist and am entitled to that opinion.

In a universe where an infinite number of unknowns exists, it is plausible that both Zombies and Aliens exist. Or neither.

As long as they are not proven to exist, there is no reason to treat them as they do.

None of this makes sence. They were talking about zombies for some reason up there so I decided to share my beliefs.

Another planet where stuff may grow means aliens so.....I'll be waiting for those facts Nando Kit.

Slow down there dudes.

First of all, it's 20 lightyears away. It would take us Centuries to get there, even with a probe.

Second of all, we don't even know what the atmospheric composition is. For all we know, it's pure carbon dioxide.

Third, even if it is habitable, only a small portion of it is at a survivable temperature. That probably means the ozone layer is insignificant.

Fourth, in the off chance that there is life more developed than basic microbes on this planet, chances are there's nothing of comparable intelligence to humans, or even to chimps or dolphins. I think we'd be lucky to find weird alien fish and alien plants.

That said, yeah it's pretty amazing.

They're out there, no doubt. The universe is vast enough that there are probably numerous planets almost identical to Earth with inhabitants almost identical to us. Just not within a mere 20 lightyears.

Do I believe there are other worlds and other races of sentient beings out there? Yes.

Do I believe there are Earth-like worlds out there? You'd better believe it.

Do I think the aliens look like us? Heavens no.

Evolution can do some interesting things and I imagine each planet with sentient life has creatures who have adapted differently. There might be a world out there where dinosaurs or something like them developed into a sentient, thinking race of beings. Evolution can do some amazing stuff as Darwin proved.
