Kinda makes it hard to plan these photoshoots. Maybe we should have two shoots for Kuroshitsuji? One earlier in the day, and one later?
Perhaps, one at say... 11 AM on day 2, and one at, say, 5 PM on the same day? That way, if people cannot make it to one, they can go to the other? We seem to have enough people that this may be a good idea.
As for the area... I have no idea. I am not from around Vancouver, so I dont know where would be best.

i have NO time on day 2 atm that's why i was saying that i could host the day 1 shoot. BUT if my panel gets put on day 1 then i'm def. going to see if day 2 we could work things out. but i'm saying you guys should have 2 shoots cuz i know there are going to be LOTS of people that aren't on the forums who will be cosplaying on day 1 and maybe not day 2 so that's why i was saying if we could host one on day 1. usually for bigger cosplay groups i suggest 2 shoots.

I know, I'm kinda scared things are gonna be scrambled again since this is a new location.. like the first time it was at the Portland Hilton things we kinda confusing -___- And I'm not from Vancouver either so i'm not all good around the area...

I vote for option 2, do 2 shoots on separate days, for I also know that alot of people might be doing it on day 1, for like alot of some people, I can't really change out of my costumes to different ones easily because I don't have a room. Also I feel that doing this way we could get more people.
As for the place, I think the only thing I can only think of is doing it inside (I can see some cute pictures happening by the stairs~) and maybe if we get bored of in there we can all head outside?

i'll host it! ^_^ i don't mind hosting the day 1 shoot! i would say 10am since a vocaloid is at 11am and i don't want to interfere with them, and i can't do any other times either on that day. what do you guys think?

is day 1 @ 10am okay for you guys? we meet at the park, and we can decide where to go afterwards?

group picture (everyone)
main characters (listed started off with ciel)
pairings *free for all* OR list

I haven't popped in here in forever. Progress has been made!

Alois is almost complete. I have everything except the vest, which is almost done, and the bowknot, which will probably take no more than a couple of hours to put together. I got his wig yesterday, and I'm waiting for Lizzie's pigtails to come in.

I'm way excited for the photoshoots. And that planning couldn't have been more perfect.
