I can't work on any cosplays for a week, since it's all being packed for the force eviction moving this weekend. 12 boxes done. . . .about 15 more to go. O.O

I made my wrench by cutting out a wooden handle and I used cardboard for the top. Then sprayed it with spray foam, and carved out the details, covered it with paper mache to smooth it out and spray painted it silver and added some "grease" for looks :3

If you can get your hands on the spray foam it works really nicely and is pretty easy to use too~

Its like poster boards sorta. Lol. They have it at joanns , michaels . A large board that has styrofoam in the middle so it can be sanded down. I never fully used it but its veeeery light weight.
