when u talk about depressing songs--

i go for
disappearance of hatsune miku
combo of daughter of evil+servant of evil (especially if asami shimoda sings it UGH- makes me not want to move due to overwhelming emotions)
combo of kokoro+kokoro kiseki (personally i love the kokoro stand alone)
combo of soundless voice+proof of life << MY ULTIMATE SAD SONG EVAR-- D8

then there are the super awesome songs that i consider as my life songs

fire flower (especially if sung by clear)
just be friends (especially if sung by halyosy)
double lariat~~~~

then there's the awesome fun songs~

rolling girl
butterfly on your right shoulder (prefer the rin version)

yeah-- how i see it, it is a sad song- but she is hopeful for the good-- not as bad.
unlike proof of life, how rin expressed her gratitude and love for len and he cannot hear it made it really sad not to mention the ambience of the whole song is just sad.
its basically a really good goodbye song for me if you take away the rin dying part.
i could kinda relate in a sense

ooh ooh try sakura no ame- its a really awesome good song-
but for me who misses home and friends the "koko de ao" part just hits me badly XD

Just an update, I should be able to start sewing my cosplay later this week or next week!

Unfortunately my DWC Meiko will not be attending con because of other people (school and apartment rental company) messing up their stuff. Plus she's going to Japan in mid September. >_< So it'll just be me at the photoshoot.

I go at least once every week if I'm able...So I usually find all the new things that just get in and such. Summer is the best time to get the taller boots, b/c people don't really want them then.

I'm unsure if I should get another pair of pants and pant something on them....Since the pants I'm using right now is also the pants I'm using for some other characters...

Also, I need to make my belts for him.

Value Village! The one in Tigard is amazing, I bought a pair of knee-high Doc Martins (which are normally $100+) for like $20 there.
