Alrighty! I'm opening myself up to comissions for lolita and simple cosplay. Here is what I can make:

Rectangle skirts - $17 for elastic waistband, $20 for zipper (plus whatever fancy details you might want)

(elastic waistband, two ruffles)
(elastic waistband, pearl trim + ruffle)

Bloomers - $25 for elastic waistband and legholes

(white kona cotton, this fabric is more expensive but is thicker)

Aprons - $17 for half apron, $20 for full apron

(Guro-lolita apron, more pics coming soon)

Maid Dresses - $25 to $30 depending on detail/design, basically a full apron with a rectangle skirt

(pink with white lace detail)

Bows - $6 for a headbow, $4 for a mini-bow on a hairclip

(two bows, matching the pink skirt w/ pearls and the maid dress)

NON-CLOTHING ITEMS

Felt Pincushions - $4 and up depending on design

(pics coming soon)

NON-COMMISSION ITEMS

I may actually hit you up for some bloomers.

If I did, how much would it cost to say, add a black ribbon around the bottoms?

It might help if I showed you the dress I'm getting. ^^; Then maybe you could give me some advice about how to handle it? (It's kind of short in the front .. and .. yeah. It's possible the bloomers could show at times, and in that case I'd like to them look like it's part of the cosplay.)

But for right now, I'm just curious about what it would cost and such.

How would you want to put the ribbon in? Do you have a picture? Adding ribbon doesn't sound too difficult, it'd probably still be $20.

Ah, that dress. Yeah, I could make them match it pretty easily.

The bloomers are pretty opaque, but not perfect. If you wear underwear that's close to the color of your skin, it'll be fine. Just nothing too dark, black shows through them pretty well. And brights don't work either. I've worn them under short dresses before and I just wore flesh-toned panties and it was fine.

Oh I actually just remembered, I can make Chii ears too. I think you know Sam, don't you? I made her Chii ears and she seems to like them. So if you need a new pair, come to me ;D

Well she's an only child, but don't worry about it. She cosplays Chii and goes to kcon too, she used to use the forums but doesn't really anymore.

...Lol this is actually the only pic I have. These were a first draft, I think I know how to make them a little better now. They're felt so they're a little less fragile that foam ones.

@wolfy: Hm, I'm not sure. I have to use quite a bit of fabric, so it would depend on your waist measurement and how long you need it. For one like mine (mediuim-quality cotton fabric) I'd probably charge about $30.

@Shay: How long does it take to make them? I can do it in about a day.

Unfortunately not now, I can't make dresses. I barely made myself a dress that fit me, and that was with Haley's dress.
That's why I'm sticking to skirts and my maid dresses, the ones in my OP post just have a front top flap that I don't have to fit to people.

Unfortunately the more expensive the fabric, the more expensive the dress. I actually used super nice thick cotton on mine because it was on sale for the price of the fabric I was going to buy anyways.

Uhhhh oh man idk if I could do it by kcon. I could totally make it, but I'm working during the week plus I have to finish my other costumes before Friday.
I could possibly make the skirt+underskirt and apron.

I had to redo the prices of the maid dresses since I didn't really think through what I had to do to make them. Anyways I think one like that would be about $23, if that's okay. Would you want a ruffled hem with lace?

@Gwar: No, I wouldn't be able to make that dress. As I've said, I'm not comfortable making fitted clothing items because I'm not good at it. However, I could make the apron easily. Is that okay?

Also, two things!
1) I'm selling my Athena Asamiya costume. This includes:
-Purple-red wig+yellow headband
-Red MMA fighting gloves
-Navy blue sailor top w/ red tie+purple bauble, and navy blue pleated skirt
If you want, you can buy things individually, and feel free to ask for more photos.

2) I'm going to be selling at MEWcon this year! Hopefully I'll have some skirts and aprons as well as felt crafts.

Okay.
So the apron is a bit confusing. I can tell there's a big bow on the back that defies gravity, which would be extra for me to make, plus I wouldn't be able to make it look very good. Here are the options:
1) Make the apron without a bow, it just closes in the back with snaps ($15)
2) Make and apron and include the bow, made of the same material, but include it separate and you have to attach it yourself ($18)
3) Make the apron and sew the bow on, not caring if it flops around ($18)
4) Make the apron AND the gravity defying bow with me trying to figure it out ($25)

I'd highly suggest either option 1 or 2. I've made giant bows before, but I attached them to the back of the dress with snaps. The thing is that this bow actually sticks out away from the dress, plus I don't have the dress, so I can't do that for you.

Hmmm... The apron I could definitely do, but for the jumper-thing, I wouldn't be able to do the top. I'm still learning how to do fitted tops that actually fit right, but if you're willing to have the jumper be two pieces (a separate top and bottom) then I can make the bottoms, since they look just like bloomers.
But yeah the apron I could totally do, I'll just need slightly more specific measurements than a normal apron.

Let's see...
For the apron, I'd need the following measurements:
-waist measurement
-bust measurement
-how long the front of the apron needs to be
-how long the straps need to be
-how long the skirt of the apron needs to be (including the ruffle)

And for the bloomers I'd need these measurements:
-waist measurement
-length the bloomers need to be (including leg band)
-thigh measurment

Bust: 31 inches
Front of Apron: 17 inches
Straps: 16 inches
Skirt: 13.5 inches

Bloomers

Waist: 26.5 inches
Length of Bloomers: 12 inches (W/o leg band) 17 inches (with leg band)
Thigh: 36.5 inches

(My dog killed my tape measurement, so I had to use a ruler -.- )

I have two questions-
1. How did you measure yourself with a ruler? That sounds a bit unreliable unless you took a string or ribbon, put it around yourself, and then measured that.
2. Did you measure both thighs? You just need to measure around one thigh (unless they're slightly different measurements, I know mine are around an inch difference) so I know how long to make the legholes.

Oh yeah that works fine! I was worried that you were like trying to wrap the ruler around yourself lolol. And thigh measurements are good to go!

Also I don't think I ever quoted you for a price, so here's what the costs should be:
$26 for the bloomers, $25 for the apron. There are some complicated pieces to both, so I've added a few dollars on to each. However, I'll try to make everything as accurate as I possibly can plus I'll use nice fabric for both the apron and bloomers so they aren't transparent.
