Find a free picture server and join (if you haven't already; I use photobucket), edit a picture and make sure the size isn't too big (I use 100x100 to give you an idea), copy the link to the picture, go to your profile here on the KC forums, scroll all the way down till it talks about avatars, paste in that area, click update, and you're done.

Same exact thing here. I only got to go on the last day, but it was still fun! I didn't really have time to 'fit in' as we only got to be there a few hours and watch the AMV contest but after talking to all you people on the boards I'm confident that it'll be a blast!

haha and yes to all of you that asked, yes i like shounen AI/yaoi.
and yes, i LOVE Sasuke and Naruto together. i think they could be happy together.
