Alright I wanted to have a place where our group could come together and talk about our progress as well as photo shoots and maybe a skit? I didn't want to bog down the other final fantasy thread.

Alright as for my progress:
All I need for trance Kuja is to attach the rest of the feathers to the shirt, make the poofy shoulder part and get white fabric for the sleeves, back skirt and leg. It won't take much time I just need to get around to doing it. I plan on having it done for Mew con and testing it out before a bigger convention

Photo shoot:
I think we need to have a private one. I am thinking about asking Emily to do it. I will probably pay her for this one. She has taken some fantastic pictures of a few of us before so I think she would be great.

Skit:
It might be cool to have a skit for the con but I don't have anything in mind off the top of my head. Feel free to discuss about it here.

Most of what I have to do for Queen Garnet is beading and handwashing the cosplay. I hope to have the money to commission someone to make the clay pieces out of metal so they will last longer and won't break. The other versions of Garnet I have all overlap in come pieces, so that makes it easier on me, I guess. xD

I want to get a new wig, though. maybe an even darker shade of brown; because contrary to popular belief, Garnet's hair isn't black if you look closely at the FMV scenes; it's just a really, really dark brown. First I'm going to try washing my wig to see if that helps it; I really need to get the hairspray out of it.

I like the idea of the private photoshoot; depending on when and where.

A new wig might help. But before spending the money I say wash it. I hope it works but a new wig might be softer and smoother....I want a new wig for Kuja XD

Well, I like the feather too. xD I would be way too chicken to dye/paint it or the wig myself.

Well the dye washes out so it you mess up just wash it and try again

Whee! I need to.. start on my costume. XD As soon as I get a sewing machine under my belt(I should be getting one this week from a woman I work with), I'm startin up lessons again, meaning my teacher can help me work on cosplay. -dance- But I can probably start on the hat or something if I can find good materials for it and all. When I actually get started I'll give a better explination on what I'm up to~
Now it's off to go do a sickly search for cosplay! Whee!

It all depends on how much money I can accrue. KCon is priority, then Sakura, then Mew. About Sakura... I'll be eighteen by then, but I don't know if I'll be able too because I have school on that Friday and would probably have to miss a little thursday in order to get there. My mom would have a cow, even though she technically wouldn't be able to legally stop me. xD

Well con is getting close and we need to kinda start thinking of a day we want to wear this. The final fantasy photo shoot is set for Sunday. We could do this then.

I am hoping to get a photographer to get some good group shots too. I think Emily would do a good job, that is if she is going this year x.x We used her to get some pictures of our Organization XIII group and she takes great pictures. Here are some examples of her work.

i am set up for wearing it saturday... i can not chang any of my costumes around because of the photo shoots already set up ;_;

thus lani is only happing on day one
