hey guys! I have a question about my badge. heres my situation: i preordered my badge about a month ago. i recieved the atcteva email and breifly saw it but i think it was accidently deleted. is there a way to get a new confirmation e-mail or is it useless and my badge is on the way with nothing to worry about? thanks guys.

I ordered my badge last month too and I e-mailed them about it ^^ They said that they've gotten my order but they just haven't mailed them out yet~ I think they have a system or schedule that they go by and they do mail outs every 1 or 2 months.

Hopfully they got your order~ =D I'm still waiting for mine too xD

Well, I may as well talk about this now, rather than later

We had a mix up when moving the online information into our badge/envelope printing software, and well... a number of badges got printed that didn't match their envelopes....

So if you ended up with someone else's badge, the best thing to do is to write "Return To Sender" on the envelope and drop it back in your mailbox. We messed up on this one, and we are adding some checks to our system to make sure it doesn't happen again. We know which badges got sent incorrectly, so we will be resending them soon. Sorry for the mix up.
