Apron: 2 pieces of fabric the size and shape you want the apron. 4 long thick strips for the ties.

Take the two long pieces and sew around the perimeter, leaving one side open, Flip inside out. Do the same with the other one.

Pin edge of tie to desidred edge of the apron piece, make sure the edges line up so the tie lies ontop of the apron piece across the top. do the same with the other tie to the opposite side of the apron. Take 2nd piece of larger Apron piece and place ontop of the first, sandwitching the ties in the middle of the made pocket. Pin the Perimeter. Sew Perimeter making sure not to sew the loose ends of the tie. DO NOT SEW BOTTOM of the apron. once the top and the two sides are sewn, flip right side out, press and hem the bottom edge.
