At I think 11 am I have a cosplay contest practice rehearsal I have to go to, but I have no clue what time yet. I won't know until they release the schedule, which won't be until right before the con >:

Ah....well....We'll find some way to work it out I guess. Hopefully I'll be hearing back from him tonight but I'll ask what he has available. It'll probably be later in the afternoon but I can't really wait that long to schedule a shoot ._.

Well I'm not sure I'd be able to make a later shoot. I'd rather spend most of the day in DWC, since it involves doing elaborate designs on my face and arms and legs and other fancy stuff, so changing in and out of it during the day isn't something I'd like to do.

I've been considering dropping Cave Story, I literally know nothing about the game or character and I'm not very excited for it. So go ahead and plan the shoot without worrying about me, I'll make it if I can, and if I can't, oh well.

How's all ya'll cosplay comin' along???

I'm currently having a back and forth between ideas with Jack the Mimiga from Cave Story. Originally planned to make regular size/shape gloves out of white faux fur for him. I made a prototype glove today but I'm not liking it that much. The fur is rather bulky to be a glove and it makes my hand look like... well, y'know the Disney characters with the biiiiiiiig white gloves like Mickey Mouse? Like that. And I keep going back and forth between "that's kinda neat" and "that looks furry". Hahahahaha. Might also be that I'm not used to wearing gloves with fingers - haven't in years - so it looks odd to me.

Hopefully I make up my mind before con.

CAVE STORY IS HAPPENINNGGGG Sometime between 1-3. It will be amazing. Assuming that Kyle and I have enough time we will be..

1. Making some of those experience triangles (Doritos)
2. Bringing a bag of Doritos
3. Making a Heart Container
4. Bringing Curly Brace's Panties

SP IS EXCITING AND AMAZING! If anyone wants to wear their SP cosplay I know that Kyle and I are wearing them on Day 1.

So, a fun thing just happened... I knew it was a possibility but I was hopeful... I picked up the jeans I've been bleaching out of the tub and they fell back down in aboooout five pieces with lots of little shreds. Thank goodness those were just an old pair of jeans from like, freshmen year in high school. (They were still a really good pair though.......)

Moral of the story: Bleach is a corrosive sonnovagun.

~~Solution: Credit card those awesome white jeans I saw at Kohl's. Only pair of white jeans I've found that aren't skinny cut.~~ Pants retrieved!

Everything else for Jack is going swimmingly. =)

I'm not really sure. The only big times I can do it are for Akicon this year and Akicon next year.
I planned on wearing Ramona for Day 0 at Sakuracon, that was about it though.

Also we are planning Kumoricon panel. What things should we say we are doing to make it look like we are legit.

Ugh damn it I have no clue when I'm wearing things now, I'm being pressured by people not in this group to wear certain things on certain days and I don't like it.

All I know for now is that I'm wearing Mugi and DWC on day 2. I'm leaving for the con on the morning of day 1 so I was just going to wear either Anri or Rolling Girl Miku.
I think to save money I'll just re-wear Roxy instead of making Princess Bubblegum on day 3. We'll see.

I'd be up for wearing Mugi on day 1, but day 2 in the afternoon/evening is when Haley wants to wear DWC. I'd be willing to wear PB in the morning of Day 2 but I won't do body paint if that's the case.

So after a long discussion I dropped my lonely problem filled Yu Yu Hakusho cosplay and picked up Jacqueline from Arakawa....
