what day of the con should we have a photoshoot? I believe there were two last year, I went to the one in the parking garage, which was pretty good for Soul Eater..
anyways, I'm thinking about doing Eruka Frog on Sunday, since my other groups already chose Saturday and Monday, what do you guys think?

well, that's what I remember reading when going over the rules, it's why I can't enter my Daughter of Evil costumes, since there's only fan-art of the dresses and I ended up making my own design. I'm not a reliable source, but I believe that's what they mean by "official" the only official pictures of the vocaloids are the ones on the package D:

I know you can still enter the skit contest, it's just that they won't judge your costumes :/
We plan on doing a skit for ours, but I was disappointed that our costumes won't be taken into account.

and yes, definitely do that. You never know, they might have changed it

GUESS WHO JUST GOT DONE REMAKING HER ENTIRE COSTUME?!
haha the Eruka Frog dress that I made for Halloween was the first thing I ever made....and it showed.....
So I made a new one and it looks MUCH better! Hopefully I'll have pics later today, I'm still working on my hat too...I need it to finish drying so I can patch up the cracks

and shanime, I think its fine for the cosplay contest, cause katie found out that there were some chocobo riders that entered last year. I couldn't find an email of anysort though. You should enter as Daughter of Evil!

That was awsome last year. We also did some pics before that in pioneer square which was cool. I think there's a little park a few blocks down from the hotel that looks like it would be good from pictures.

yes, last year there was 2 different ones.
One was on the first day at Pioneer Square, and then there was a second one on Sunday in the parking garage because it was raining outside and we couldn't find anywhere else to go.

Should we do that again?

I put the Sunday one down for noon since Naruto is at 11 already, I know it's not that big of a deal to have 2 at the same time, I just figured might as well avoid doubling up since there's still so many spots open haha

I have two xD Link hopefully *crosses fingers* And maybe Soul... And maybe Roxas.... Though I'm thinking of finally wearing Tsukasa to a con- I'd be nice and warm! ^^ A good change from being cold at all kumori's the last 3 years.. xD Cept in 07, that was a hot year lol

lol I do have a Maka she's just 6' tall about and isn't sure she wants to wear Maka anymore... She was gonna wear Maka at sakura but ended up not cause she didn't want to fight with the skirt and freeze and so on- so she was casual self.

I'm finally getting stuff done, I finally ordered my wig (I broke down trying to do the attachable pony tail to a short wig), so I just ordered a 70 dollar pre done one :/ and I'm going to sew with my grandma next week. I know I'm late doing sutff but I should be able to get everything done in under a week

Also wondering if I could hang out again with some of the people I did last year. (this is only if my friends don't know with me..well actually maybe anyway)

Good news..everyone..Tsubaki is basically done!

I shall get pictures when the dress is all the way done (we still need to sew on the star, get a scarf, and get a cloth belt though)

This year was just like last year...we made nothing out of normal fabric

this year we used a fluffy baby onsey, some felt, and a sheet

(we also used the zipper from the onsey).
