So what if it's a bit early! lol I agree that it's time to start coming up with next year costumes. I'm going as Kairi for sure! I'm in LOVE with the wig!

Also: RAVE!Kairi

which might be able to be a Halloween Kairi as well. O_o; I'm not sure yet. That will be planned with my friends later.

I don't know if I plan to do it next year or not, but some point soon, I'm thinking of making a Heartless!Yuffie outfit. ^^
I know she's from FF, but it seems like it would fit better here, since Heartless are in KH, not FF...>>

That would be cute. I want to do a Shadow masquerade ball dress... not sure if I will or not yet though. I've thought about Kairi/Selphie's school uniform but... I don't know. I prefer yellow dress Selphie.

If I don't get a group cosplay going with some of my friends I would do a Zexion or Axel cosplay...probably Zexion since I'm a bit short....

i was roxas this last year but i got the urge to really go into detail and have fun making new ones.. i wanna do like an anti roxas or halloween town roxas... or possibly valor,master,final or wisdom form ^_^;; but for sure imma make another roxas cosplay for next year ^^

There was two I think, maybe three. One in our grou and maybe one or two other.

Out of curiosity, where did Organization XIII people get their oversized zippers? I started on one of those coats years ago (a permanently shelved project now), but couldn't find anything like that...

Well I had mine commissioned with it but the person who made my jacket got them from this site. http://orgxiii.org/commish_organization13.htm You could also have them commission a jacket but it looks like they are booked till October.

DX It's also $200 for the coat... I thought about comissioning one when they opened up again buuuut never mind to that!

Though, what type of material was your jacket made of? I'm starting to look into it just incase I really do cosplay as Larxene next year.

$200 isn't a bad price for a commissioned piece that's that good looking (Consider how many hours you'd spend making one...) It's also a lot more accurate than some I've seen.

And oversize zippers=awesome. Did anyone see the Anti-Sora in the gallery section on that site?

What fabrics would you suggest for the coat? I want to breathe in it, but at the same time I want it to be warm. Also not too expensive or difficult to work with since I'm going to attempt to sew this on my own.

I got my coat from http://kingdom-arts.org/ and I am very happy with it. I am not sure what material it is, I think it is pleather.

I'm excited. My friend is going to start playing with wigs after he buys his school books and pays our other friend back for this con. xD I can't wait. Larxene wig will be amazing.

I think I'm more excited about Larxene than anything right now D: Then again, I'm typing up how much I love my Kairi costume right now so that might explain the energy level.

On Saturday, I saw two, and I went as her on Sunday, but I think I was the only one, so there's a 1/3 chance you met me~

^^;; My shoes fell apart after the con, and they weren't that great to start with. Plus, I know I can make a better dress this year, so the only thing I'll be keeping from '09 is my awesome wig. I've got a whole year to get it done, though, so that's good. The Org.XII coat will be harder, though...

I don't suppose anyone would let me rent one from them for the con? (also maybe s-con '10 if I can get my ride/lodging situation together... *crosses fingers*)

For the knives you could use papier mache with thick paper as a base (the sort of paper folders are made of). The hardest part would be finding the right paint, probably spraypaint.

Bringing back Demyx yet again more than likely. Good news is that next year a week from con starting I won't have as many repairs as this year to effect on the poor thing!
