XD we could actually hang out, Around the Skating rink with out spending money, they have a food bar, and seating area above where you can go for free, you pretty much can get in for free, but would have to rent skates, I've snuck in their many of times, but I suck at skating so will not. xD

Okay, so I just found out another very interesting thing. Apparently, on the main Hetalia comm on Livejournal it has been decided that Oct. 24 this year is World Hetalia Day. I didn't even know, but I think we have some pretty epic accidental planning skills.

So one of my friends on LJ, ussenterprise, whom I guess didn't know that we were planning anything over here on the forums made a post for World Hetalia Day for the PDX area. here's her post: http://community.livejournal.com/hetalia/4166931.html

Would we like to somehow merge our events? = D It would be more Hetalia goodness~

YES! Merging the two would be TOTALLY awesome! And since our meetup is at noon and theirs is at 3, we can just all head over from the Lloyde Center. That's my vote at least. : 3

I posted a comment there, btw, letting them know of our existence because I was just so excited. All the official decision making is of course up to Jacob. ^^

I was thinking the same thing. We should meet up at Lloyd and go ice-skating as planned. At about 2:30/2:45 we should all hop the MAX (Lloyd center station and Pionner place station are both in fareless square. <3) and head over there. I am way too excited for all of this. I can't wait! X3

The only issue I see with the Pioneer Square meet is if it's raining. ._. Everyone do a No Rain Dance~!

We will meet at noon on the 24th of October at Lloyd Center mall, food court. We will go ice skating after lunch, and then take the MAX to Pioneer Courthouse Square to join the World Hetalia Day meetup at 3:00. MAX fare not needed, both stops are in fareless square.

I think it'd be more fun to have the combo meetup in Pioneer Square where we could wreak havoc without risk of getting kicked out.

The leaders of each group should trade cell numbers so they can call each other and last-minute organize if something doesn't work out.

Fun fact: Portland Zombie Walk is also on the 24th this year, so we might meet us some zombies.
