alright so I am making this thread but since I have no clue when we will be doing this I will ask for people sugestions

It will be october 24th at 12 in the afternoon at the Lloyde center we will be at the lloyde until around 2:45 I think it is then we will be heading down to the pioneer square to meetup with other hetalia cosplayers because it is national hetalia day now ^__^

A good place to start with the planning would probably be to get a good idea of when in the next few months people will be most inclined to get together. Do you guys wanna have a meetup around Halloween, or closer to the winter holidays, or maybe around Valentine's?

I think a Valentine's meet up would be lovely~ V-day is on a sunday, but there's always saturday the 13th if sunday is a bad day for people. X3 I think a pre-Halloween meet up would be nice too, but I'm always up for getting together with my friends. =3

We could all trade valentines and make some good international relations. = D

The mention of a Valentine's Day-ish meetup intrigues me. (But then, that is as to be expected of this cosplayer. xD) I would absolutely go. Of course you know, we would have to get together again a month later for a White's Day meetup. We would just have to. XD

Hey, I would go on Oct. 24~ I don't get to do Hallow's Eve, so I think that would be a lot of fun!

Okay, so it looks like more people would be able to make it to a Valentine's day meetup, but that a Halloweeen meetup would be well-attended as well.

It's pretty obvious what kind of things we would do for V-day, and it's a little far away so I don't think we need to hammer out the details for that just yet.

However, Oct. 24 is in only a month and a half. So the question is: What kind of activity would we like to do? I'm pretty much fresh out of ideas in this area, so if you have an idea, please tell us! =3

I think a potluck would be a good idea. I didn't go to the other one, so I don't know what kind of selection was there last time, or that we could expect. We also have to pick out a where, unless it was already stated and I'm blind XD. I don't know what kind of games or activity's to suggest, because I've never really gone to one of these.

Having a potluck limits your locations. You won't be able to have it in a mall (you know we were kidding when we said we'd have it in Pioneer Place, right? Ahahahaha >>) 'cause there's a seriously good chance you'll get kicked out if it's even three quarters as many people as we had for the prereg one. And late October means craaap weather, especially since this year is supposed to be colder in general. So you'd need some magic combination of accessible space, not freezing and not going to get kicked out. I dunno where you would go then. D:

Well, the lloyd center is bigger, and only a good distance away from the square if we have it their we won't get kicked out. (has had a massive Valentines day party in cosplay their last year.) So that would be a good idea if any to have one. xD
they also have Ice skating, so we could have it like Hetalia on ice. xD
