3-4 people is the best way, each of the first 3 people grab the 4/5 things in front of them pass it down and at the end the 4th person has a bag opened waiting for the full set to be placed inside.  They place it in the box pick up another bag and we are back to the beginning.

The one on the end close to the exit to the escalators was were I was and we were going fast! We had 3 to 4 stuffers and 4 people getting piles ready for us! I had fun confusing people by do 1 to 2 bags at a time!
