Need help with costme hat!

I'd Recomend looking at costume shops, like Halloween Depot In Beaverton

I agree. There is the Halloween Wearhouse in Beaverton that is great for random items like this. Just remember that you can just get a black hat and add the extra stuff you need.

You could also make the hat, I could explain that in detail but I don't want to do it if you aren't interested. If you want to try though just send me a pm!
