ELG Mini Top Hats

As a little side hobby I like to make ELG accessories. One of these would be mini top hats. I make these from scratch so they can be customly made to any fabric, color, and different details.

So I'm offering here commissions for mini top hats. There are many different ways they can be made:
 1.)
On a head band
On a Clippy
On a Comb

2.)
ANY color

3.) fabric can be:
Satin
Silk
Velvet

4.) add ons include: (can be added as a band around the hat or on the end of ribbons or in the middle of a bow or even scattered onto the hat)

Fresh water pearls (extra $1 no limit)
Silver mini angel wings
Swarovski Crystals (extra $1)

Though if you'd like me to ship it to you it costs $2.50 to ship them.
