Exchanging Cosplay.com Accounts??

Hey all! I was just thinking.. Hmm, I've been posting all day about getting photos, and wanting to make more cosplay buddies.. Then it dawned on me.. Why don't we have a thread where we can exchange Cosplay.com accounts? You can make friends this way, I've seen some people on CC that make whole Con albums so that is another way you can upload pictures, and you can even get constructive criticism on your costumes! Plus, show off costumes from previous conventions.. And go "HEY I SAW YOU AT KCON 05!" or whatever.

Anywho, I guess I'll start off. I don't have this years photos up yet (I was Kairi with the flowery keyblade hanging around Py-Head).

It's really quite obnoxious. I couldn't find it, either. I signed up on the Forum (Go to the Navigation bar, go to Forum, then you should see "Register"), which coincidentally also gives you a normal account. So stupid e.e; Hope that helped you out.

Yeah, it is confusing. To upload photos, you click on the 'photos' tab near the top of the page. From there, you click on 'upload photos' right beneath it. Then on the next screen, next to the giant 'category' label, in the drop-down menu, select the name of the costume you want to add the photos to. Then just upload like normal. This is all assuming you have already created a costume section on your page. If you haven't, it will take a bit more work. But hopefully this helps.

I know that if you go to the main section titled Photos, you can add from there.  So far my photos are all in my main gallery, until I can figure out how to get in the specific costume galleries.

Honestly, that website is so difficult to navigate.  Even their help section seems to be disabled.  I much prefer cosplaylab.com, personally, but cosplay.com seems more cosplayer specific, less character specific, and has some nifty features (if you can get them to work, that is);

To add a photo gallery, go to album admin when you are in the forums section. There will be an option to add new gallery. As for costume profiles, you can associate a gallery to a certain costume using a drop down menu when you create the gallery.
When uploading photos, make sure you use the drop down menu to choose the specific gallery you want it sent to.

Didn't make it to the con this year, so sadly no relevant photos. I'm in the process of transferring all my convention galleries over to my photobucket account anyway, to focus entirely on my individual costumes on cosplay.com.
