Just be sure to ease your way into it and not jump straight int othe harcore fishyness. I'm not a big sushi fan whe nit's just a big slice of fatty tuna, but when you get stuff on a bed of rice and such it's de-lish!!!

And we're gunna watch the other two as well.

Because I was hungry, I was tired of hamburgers and sandwiches, and I didn't realise it was misspelled at the time.

Tonight I made lemon pesto and flat iron steak (To be fair my mom's boyfriend grilled it for me), and bacon n' chive potatoes. :D

It's really good!

The best lebanese I've EVER had.
Also, AMAZING hummus.

8D Yeah.

For dinner we had barbeque chicken, but some people don't know how much barbeque sauce is enough so I was wearing a grimace throughout the meal.

Twinny, I LOVE HUMMUS. <3

That's one of my favourite restaurants! :D

My favs:
Chaos Cafe (SE Portland) - Amazing everything
Nikola's (Downtown) - Best use of spinach, and incredible hummus
City Thai (Hilsdale) - AMAZING Tofu Rad Nar and Pad Thai, also, Tapioca Pudding

But Nickolas' has the best hummus ever.

YAY TOFU KNOWS!
That's probably my favorite restaurant, but then again I haven't been to the other two you mentioned.

City Thai was my first introduction to Thai food, and it set a high standard.  They blow every Japanese and Chinese food restaurant I've ever been to out of the water.  They have really good spring rolls too, although the only think that makes those exceptional is their FANTASTIC peanut sauce recipe.  Hillsdale is a weird location though.  Basically, you don't go to hillsdale unless you're a bicyclist or you're GOING to hillsdale.

Or if you just REALLY like Highway 10. :P

I was just at Trader Joes earlier today.  I got some Bagels and some burger buns.

As for Thai food, the only time I've had it I didn't really like it. >.>

I like Thai food a lot, there's quite a wide selection of it in my area as well as some really bombdizzle Vietnamese places too. Sadly I have a hard time with Indian food because despite being delicious me and curry do not get along....

I'm surprised we didn't get a Trader Joe's sooner... Olympia is such a hippie haven that all the unique stuff they sell is highly appreciated. =]

Well it wasn't deep fat fried like regular chinese food is, but it was decent.
