Yes, but Vivian the reason she was asking was because it says "Lolita/Formal Cosplay/Alice In Wonderland" welcome, not just any cosplay I believe. That's why I had to work to get that dress, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to go since I didn't have any "formal cosplay".

My laptop charging port broke through a weird series of events and so I'm out a computer, meaning I'm going to be spending the next two weeks at school doing my finals so I'm not going to be able to go anywhere. I'm out, sorry to everyone I was suppose to do exchanges with. I'll PM you individually to come up with an alternative. Have fun at the tea party though.

It should get here on time, all the wigs that I've gotten off of eBay haven't taken more than a week and we got a message at least four days ago about the wig being sent off. So it should be here on time. If it's not I'm going to apologize until I explode. ><;

My dress is now being altered as of today~ And tomorrow I'll be getting my cane, shoes, and clothing dye. Wig is all styled. x3

That was going to be the one I was going to buy. xD But instead I found one that I think works a bit better. Maybe an inch shorter, but the coloring is a bit darker.

I think I will still go even if I'm not finished, but I will just wear a nice dress, put my hair up in pigtails and add an eyepatch to be girly Ciel anyway, haha. I wouldn't miss the tea party for the world! Because you will all be there~

Yeah, I would check to see where the wig is shipping from and what kind of shipping it went out in. Most cosplay accessories on eBay ship from Hong Kong and with standard Hong Kong international shipping, which can take a VERY long time, especially if it gets caught up in customs.

Most of the wigs I've ordered in the past have been from Hong Kong. Maybe I'm just mega lucky but they really only took a week or two to get here. Like I said, I'm just hoping it'll get here in time. I never garunteed it. Just hoped.

There is a picnic area at the playground~ (there is a teenager playground and then a childs playground DX)

We could meet infront of the gift shop? I know they have seats there etc. And I don't know if everyone knows where the tennis courts are...

I've been to both places once. The Rose garden tennis courts are huge XD but it's a local place so wherever we meet if you ask questions people know where it is.
The japanese garden is across from the rose gardens as well.
If you don't mind walking up a giant hill that is
