Yes we switched it because staff told me not to block the lobby or the stair way.

Welll I don't think it will, there are two parks separated by a street so one can be in the other one. The ff shoot will need a lot of room because we are doing a mock battle too

Say, I have a request... you see, the con schedule is supposed to be up on the website very shortly... in fact, I was told it would be up today (knock on wood).

Knowing the schedule makes it many times easier to determine what time would be best for a photo shoot. If it comes out late, is there any possibility we could push back the deadline by... I dunno... a day?

Persona 3 and 4 (and any other Persona games) photoshoot will be Saturday in the park at 6 pm.

As a separate entry, the Kings Game (for Persona cosplayers only, sorry!) will take place at about 7 pm Saturday, location to be decided. I'll post again tomorrow when we have an official location.

What park is "the park"? There are a few parks around the hotel.

Alright I got it.

Again we are getting really close to the deadline. The deadline will be the 29th instead of the 28th. There are still a few shoots that don't have locations.

Hey, umm, not to bother you about this, but uhh... It's kind of difficult to plan photoshoots without even an official con schedule. A lot of us need to plan around those... Maybe if the deadline was for like, until just a few days before con so we definitely have time to schedule things? I would be willing to PM you an updated list every couple days if it's difficult for you to keep editting this, so you can just copy and paste the entire thing.

Anyways, Persona photoshoot at 6 pm Saturday as I mentioned... We're meeting in the hotel lobby, if it's not too hard to add that.. Sorry to have you doing last minute revisions, and hopefully we'll have a specific location for the King's Game soon. Sorry. D8

obviously you haven't been paying too much attention. The schedule is out. It is on the main page. Also the reason I have to give it a deadline is to turn it into staff so they can make a large copy to display at the info booth. I already pushed it back a day because of the schedule but they said they needed it a week in advance.

A note for everyone else. At midnight tonight I will not be adding anymore groups to the list since I will be sending it to staff. They need this list at least a week in advance.

I see that Nikki pointed you to towards the schedule, so I'll just add another reminder: No meet-ups in the hotel lobby. The hotel has us to keep the main lobby clear, so you will not be able to hang out down there. You will need to meet outside of the hotel, or up on the 2nd floor (as long as it does not interfere with the flow of traffic up there).

We are not trying to be bossy about where you can and cannot gather.... it's just that the layout of the hotel and the number of people we are expecting make things a tight fit.
