Chi needing help!

I am trying to figure out how to make Chi's white dress that matches Freya's. I need help! I also need to figure out how to fix a zipper on an Allen Walker cosplay I have. Need help!

This is for Chi. I can take pictures of the Allen Walker cosplay tomorrow. The Chi one I am having a hard time finding a good front picture for this cosplay. So trying to get a pattern together is really hard.

Well, I'm pretty sure that this outfit of Chii's is just an art book image meaning that there are very few to no more images of this outfit. That's kind good in someways because you can make the dress how you want it but that does make it harder to decide on a pattern.
I would suggest looking at other cosplays of this outfit and seeing what other people did. Then you can pool together the ones you like to make your own version. (=
